Contract management and project management can often overlap depending on what size of company you’re working for, but it’s all about delivering the job and meeting the customer’s requirements. Once you win a piece of work from a customer and start work on the project, you’ll need to make sure everything is running smoothly and is not going over-budget.

You will be attending meetings, making sure the site team is performing to target, producing progress reports and keeping an eye on valuations and expenditure. Good organisational and planning skills are a must!
